SPIRITUAL ART... Marie explains
What is spiritual or psychic art?
Spiritual art is drawing or painting the likeness of someone in the spirit world, either a guide or a loved one. This is made possible through communication from our world to the next via the medium of art. Some spiritual artists are trained and have drawing skills and others could not draw a thing until they started to channel information as mediums or clairvoyants. I am a self-taught artist and found that I renewed my interest in art alongside my spiritual development.
How does a picture evolve?
There are various ways to begin a spiritual art drawing. I sometimes put down a sheet of colour in pastel which then forms into a face shape but I usually begin with the eyes as these show the character of the person coming through. I often get a clear impression of the character being drawn through my drawing technique, for example a quiet, delicate person will lead me to draw in a calm, delicate way and a bold, ‘scruffy’ character causes me to draw in a strong, sketchy style. A child will bring very soft and pure strokes through. The person being drawn often gives me instructions clairaudiently as to how they would like me to draw them, correcting me if I do something wrong!
Is there a message with the drawing?
As I develop my mediumistic skills, the accompanying message becomes stronger and more detailed. I often know who the drawing is for as I feel an energy pull towards a particular individual in a room. Sometimes I am given artefacts or colours to draw on the paper to help identify the recipient and communicator. Spiritual art is a beautiful expression of communication from the spirit world and can provide additional evidence to prove the survival of life beyond death.
If you would like me to link in to the spirit world and draw a representation for you then please contact me by telephone or email. I also produce more abstract works of a spiritual nature.
